Inspired by my dog “Rex”!
I am an animal lover and after losing my golden “Max” in 2018 I brought “Rex” into my life, the most stubborn, loving, mischievous, sweet puppy.
Besides losing Max, 2018 was a rough year, with one loss after another. I was feeling mad and upset over all the ups and downs life had to offer. But, one thing remained a constant, the affectionate love Rex provided me, his presence was enough to turn a stressful time around. So, I was inspired to write (as I like to do positive things when upset).
The book progressed and Rex, with his big personality, introduced me to George Kocar, an illustrator, I shared my story and the book took shape.
